30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return most new, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
- Any promotional items or gifts received with the purchase must also be returned to qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at info@jshoesusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship It Back: We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, please indicate your request via email. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange, subject to product availability.
